Our classroom could use some donations of snacks and tissues. These donations are used for students who forget to bring in snack to school. Lately, we have gone through many of each. Snacks can include individually wrapped foods like goldfish, fruit snacks, pretzels, cheez-its, crackers, or granola bars. 

What's Happening this week?

We have been listening to several stories and doing activities in honor of Black History month! March is Women's History month so we will be listening to some books on important women as well.


This Friday marks the end of Trimester 2, please encourage students to turn in any missing work before then to receive credit.

We would like to remind everyone that breakfast and lunch are FREE again this year to every St Joseph Public School student. Please try to remember to pre-order your student’s lunches when they are going to participate in lunch.  This helps speed up the morning lunch count process.  You will be allowed to order the Friday before the next week using www.sendmoneytoschool.com.

End of Week 1!

  What an amazing first week we had! It was so nice to be able to connect with each of your kids during the past four days.   Everyone did their very best to stay focused and on task even with the excitement of a new school year. I can tell this is going to be a fantastic year! NWEA- We will begin our first NWEA testing session Tuesday morning with Math and again Thursday morning for Reading. We will reassess students in the Winter and Spring to watch their growth throughout the year. Back to School Night- Back to School Night this year will be IN PERSON!  We will meet in Room 206 at 5:00-5:45. The presentation will help to convey information about accessing our weekly blog, Google Classroom, Curriculum highlights and other important classroom expectations. Friday Folders- This year students will be bring home mail on Fridays in their Purple Friday Folder. Please look through their mail for graded work, tests, permission slips, and school information each week. ...
