Parent Teacher Conferences-
We will be doing Conferences the week of November 8th-12th. Please sign up HERE for a time, and COMMENT if you would like an IN PERSON or a VIRTUAL conference. Your child will need to be in attendance, so please make sure to find a time that works for both of your schedules. If none of the times available will work please email kgriffith@stjoebears.com to find another time.

Halloween Party- We will be having our Halloween party 10/29. Please sign up HERE to donate snacks and treats for the party. If you have other ideas feel free to add those too. Instead of a typical party we will be watching the Pixar film Coco and reading about the Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos)

LUNCH

We would like to remind everyone that breakfast and lunch are FREE again this year to every St. Joseph Public School student. Please try to remember to pre-order your student’s lunches when they are going to participate in lunch.  This helps speed up the morning lunch count process.  You will be allowed to order the Friday before the next week using www.sendmoneytoschool.com.

Math: Unit 2: Fractions- understanding fair share and that a fraction is a division problem

Social Studies: Native American Regions


Friday Folders went home, please look through the papers, keep them and sign the folder and date it on the signing sheet! If you have a yellow form from the office please make sure all the information is correct and sign and return it in your child's Friday Folder.

  Here is the week outlined: MONDAY: NO SCHOOL TUESDAY: NWEA Math WEDNESDAY: LATE START & M-STEP Science THURSDAY: UPTON Visit FRIDAY: Track Meet at SJHS @ 12:00-3:00pm  & T ech Fest @ 6:30-7:30pm at the high school student center Upton Visit A message from Mr. Mandarino regarding our Upton visit on Thursday, May 5rd.   We look forward to seeing you next week at UMS!
